So when the weather gets cold (my fave!), that's when I like to attempt to cook things. But typically I mess up many recipes being um,,, creative,, or forgetting to add something, or trying to 'double the batch but not calculating properly'. Overall,, I'm TOTALLY inexperienced but I still feel like I could 'make it better'..
Which I realize is insane...
Anyway last nite I was craving my mom's tuna noodle casserole. But after working a 10 hour day I really didn't want to go to my parents house and like 'hope' that was what they were having. Plus I had purchased the ingredients awhile back but never made it.
I printed myself a recipe from the worldwide web (why doesn't anyone call it that anymore!), and I totally made it.!
TOTALLY had an awesome dinner! And leftovers (a ton) for the fiance to take to work tomorrow..
The paprika sprinkled on top made it the best for me,, a lil pop of flavor with my comfort food. I think next time I'll try some Tony Chacere's Original Creole Seasoning, because I LOVE me some of that!.

If your blog hopping from MomsReview4yo--- HOLLA!!!

Oh yum! :) Cute blog!!!
Way to go! I was known as the girl that can't cook when I was back in Brazil. When I got here and I started doing my own things rice/beans/whatever... my cooking confidence was slowly built. Cooking it's not hard, it's just that sometimes we think of ourselves as "I'm not a good cook"... and miss the opportunity do do amazing things. I'm a great cook and so are you!
