Is it concerning to anyone else but me that sometimes I go wash my hands in the warm water cuz its the warmest thing in the building? Is this how someone creates an OCD? I'm not worried about the germs, I'm just cold!

PS I know your supposed to sing the birthday song in your head but I say Hail Mary's because it soothes me further,, now I'm sure we have a full picture of D's crazy right?:)

I say Hail Mary's when washing my hands too, when I'm trying to make sure I got the germs. Also, when curling my hair -a hail Mary is the perfect amount of time I hold the curling iron in my hair before letting out a curl. Works everytime! My mom taught me that one!
I don't know if you can "create" an OCD. But I wouldn't worry about that unless you start thinking you "have to" wash your hands or something bad will happen. But jeez, how cold is it in your office to make you do that? Maybe you need fingerless mittens? :)
I have never heard about singing Happy Birthday while washing ones hands. But I do like to idea of saying a Hail Mary! I love the sound of bagpipes! I wanted my son to learn - but no bapipers in the area! Dang. Happy New Years!
